I ordered something through a company in Chicago on 12/1/15. It was fabricated in Indiana and sent out on 12/4.
It arrived to Hillside (suburb of Chicago) on 12/8. It has not been delivered as of 12/16. This was an expedited package that was supposed to take 5-6 business days. That aside, it is in Chicago and sitting on their dock.
They have completely failed their customers and after doing some digging, I am one of many. DO NOT USE CENTRAL TRANSPORT.
Their customer service is horrible as they don't have answers aside from stating the obvious--package not delivered. They don't have the capacity to handle volume and it is evident that they shouldn't be used if you need something to arrive on time.
Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss problem with delivery of central transport shipping service. Central Transport needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
