Central Transport - Refuse to pay for damages
We have an unsettled insurance claim dating back to May 2015 after a Central Transport driver hit and damaged our property. Cherokee Insurance (Central Transportโs insurance carrier) refuses to pay anywhere near the amount needed to repair the building, and Central Transport has not responded at all.
This is 100% no fault on our part and 100% at fault on the part of Central Transport, and we should not have to go through all of the problems we have had to endure. People answering the phone at both companies are rude and employees will not return calls.
Reason of review: Problems with payment.
Monetary Loss: $4300.
Preferred solution: Pay full amount of claim or repair property directly.
Central Transport Cons: Worst.

Yes. Cherokee is owned by the same owner of Central Transport.
I've had some building damage too and while I'm gathering all of my documentation, I decided to Google Central Transport - found this site and your comment mentioning their insurance carrier, Cherokee. From there I decided to call Cherokee.
Navigated through the phone system, hit 0 and # and guess what: led to Central Transport's main greeting. Perhaps Cherokee is their in- house insurance company.
