We had the company pick up a door for a Ford Edge as we had it scheduled in for repairs the following week. We expected the door to be here that Monday, but the company lost our door for over a month.
We tried to file a claim and had numerous phone calls into the company about the door, the door finally showed up at the show after the vehicle was completed and gone and also after we ordered a new door. We rejected the door and told them that we had no use for it. We spoke to a customer service rep and she said that we could either accept the door or they would throw it away and we would still be able to move forward with the claim that was file...Her statement and information she gave us was false.
We are out $800 on a door because they were careless and lost the door and only wanted to pay us for the shipping...poor excuse for a company. How do you just lose a car door?
