I have been a client of this company for many years doing 1 - 2 million with them annually.

They are the most morally lacking company I have dealt with in over 40 years in business - the issue starts and ends with the owner who manages by dictate and demands uncompromised obedience.

They truly believe they are incapable of making a mistake.

They do not have any concern for customers nor do they make any effort to do the right thing - if you are an employee and don't fall in step and drink the KOOLAID you are gone - if you are a client and dispute their actions you are in court

Aside from that they are a wonderful group - if jellyfish are to your liking

I couldn't agree more! This company is negligent and reckless in the handling of freight, reconfigures pallets, takes cases off your pallets and then denies every claim for damages or shortages for any and every reason possible.

The customer always loses! Interestingly they NEVER, EVER find the missing product. What a wonderful way to pad your business margins. The company could care less.

I deal with a dozen LTL carriers and the damage and shortage rate with Central Transport is no accident. It's either a culture of carelessness or dishonesty...most likely both.
