Terrible company with *** customer service. One day delivery from Chicago to St Louis took 10 days and still not delivered.
I spoke to 10 different people at the customer service and each one gives me a different story.
I lost $200,000 in business because of them. Law suit here it comes

Thank you for providing the pro #. Unfortunately the bill of lading provided did not specify that the location was in a strip mall without a loading dock or sufficient truck parking for a 48ft trailer and required specialized equipment.
The terminal is working to schedule a liftgate and coordinate delivery with the consignee.
They have notes with the consignee's contact information and will be reaching out as soon as a liftgate becomes available. If the consignee would prefer to pickup the shipment at the terminal, the 3P can contact customer service to authorize the pickup.
Are you kidding me. I have been wasting my breath for the last 4 days saying that.
No left gate is needed there are people there to unload. They just told me today in the morning they made an appointment to deliver tomorrow now you are saying they going to contact the consignee to schedule an appointment. Why would they go pick it up. I paid door to door delivery.
I saw the other customer review about picking up the foreigt you kept him there for 2 hours. You are a joke of a company

why did you not help me when I called 10 times to make it right instead of you trying to do the right thing now you got this *** review on the internet. My shipment suppose to be delivered tomorrow according to you.
don't you monitor your calls and record them you should be able to know what shipment it is. if not delivered tomorrow I will continue posting bad reviews and you will hear from my lawyer
