Central transport is a crooked place to work....for rookies that know Nothing about trucking may like it for the first 4 months because of going home but after awhile they too will see thats its a *** company....they WILL NOT pay you on time..they WILL NOT make effort to pay you if they cause error on your paycheck..they WILL NOT go the extra mile to do anything for a driver...trailers are ***... terminals are Horrible...itsdam near IMPOSSIBLE to get intouch with line haul....line haul will hang up the phone on you.....and then answer the next time you call like nothing happend....they will change your schedule and they WILL NOT tell you why...they WILL NOT give you any type of idea of what your new schedule looks like until the day of....they WILL NOT charge you a co payment at the doctors office but........THEY WILL take it out of your paycheck..upon hire they tell you $1000-**** a week..Not true....on a good day you will draw around $650.00 you WILL NOT get anything extra they take drivers in with 3 months experience because of the turn over rate....and they are still cluless to this industry...thats how they keep the rotation going low experince...=more apps that will be summited i summited a photo of a 3 placard trailer that i was force to pull with NO DOT TAPE at night!!!!

We hope that you brought your photo of the placarded trailer to the attention of your Supervisor/Terminal Manager so that the situation could be rectified. We hope that you discussed any payroll issues you experienced with your Terminal Manager, Regional Employee Relations Manager, Human Resources, or the payroll department. There are so many avenues of assistance for our employees, we are certain any of them could be of assistance to provide you answers and resolution.

Accordingly, the insurance company is always available to assist you with any insurance related questions. We hope that you take advantage of the avenues of assistance we have put in place for our employees.

You all are the worst company ever to deal with. I have never had any experience like this by a professional company.

I am in logistics and I hate even having to call or contact your customer service department. You all deliver when you want, pick up when or if you want, do what you want and watch out, because when they do damage your freight, which they will do, they will not PAY THEIR CLAIMS FILED.

We have deterred all of our customers from using you all unless they don't care if the freight they ship gets lost, stolen, or mangled. You all need to be shut down by all agencies

It's pretty difficult to get in touch with customer service. According to the DM's all they do is sit around and play on their phones.

Drivers are not allowed to call customers so if we want to deliver early we have to have our DM call customer service and wait for their response. The answer is always no.

But when we get there they usually sat that they could have taken the load early. Very disorganized.
