Every time I called it took 30-40 minutes to get a agent.

They never communicated with me or partner company if there

was a issue.

The freight arrived with them on a Saturday and could have been

delivered the next Monday.

It sat there all week with them doing nothing to get it out to the

receiving party. No coordination with "anyone" !!!

They have promised to deliver it Friday .....???
