We have shipped our products for 2 of my companies for a year with Central Transport. They lost a $700 item and are willing to reimburse me $89, based on 10% of the total shipments of the one company last year. That is their policy. Be aware that they basically take no responsibility for your goods. And at a cost of $89 to them, how hard will they look to find it? Its been weeks already.

This company sucks at shipping they wil tell you a date and just change it when they can not make it. Then just make some bs excuse on what has happened. Will never ship with them again. Sorry shipping and there employees that answer emails are as about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. Do not use them at all.

Terrible company stay away! kept changing my delivery days and times. Tell my customer it will be there one day and does not arrive till the next day. Had to call customer service over a dozen times. Truck was within 5 miles of the location and left to do pick ups! So yea screw the customer and go get as many pick ups as you can. never ever again will i use this disgrace of a company!!!
