Brokered load from Columbus OH to Nashville TN. The Ohio terminal manager said "Load is critical, they'll unload you immediately." Got there at 23:00. NINE HOURS LATER IN THE DOCK they still hadn't touched it
Looked at the equipment for years; never washed, falling aparton the road. Terminals are in worse shape. Why ANYONE would go to work for less money and deal with POS equipment/facilities is beyond me. The DOT could park outside their gate and put every truck and trailer out if service. They must pay the DOT an inconceivable amount to gain hands off status.
If I were a paying customer, I WOULD NOT USE Central Transport to move anything. They couldn't care less about the freight and CT has a long reputation of employee theft.
