Lies and misinformation. Ability to work with customers over their misinformation=0.

Do they care they held your shipment at the local dock for a week?=0 Do they honor pricing which I was lead to believe from their customer rep? =0 Do they offer any sort of explanation for why shipments are held on Dock for a week and not communicating why they didn't deliver? =0 All in all I spent $2,900 in shipping 4 orders (7 pallets in total ) When their customer rep explained to me that all orders qualify for the CT pallet Program and the total should be Closer to $766 as their program states. I put in the application on line as their rep said and then placed my orders as the rep said.

But it wasn't explained to me that there is a bunch of policies that have to be gone thru to get this pricing. So they picked up the orders and didn't disclose the pricing to me until it was held on dock at the local facility.

Which by the way, only deliver to my city once a week which is also not disclosed. All said in done I talked with my salesman Daniel Warner and he said, " Sounds like my problem" Nice huh?

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $2200.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

Central Transport Cons: Not delivering goods on the time and date promised, Frustrating, Deplorable service, Poor customer service.

Why did your driver say he offered to take the other 3 pallets since he was going to my business anyway on his route? 2 of the those had been there at your holding terminal before the actual delivery of the 3rd delivery.

He said something political was going on. Why yes I agree there is something interesting about this.

So now not only do you deceive, but you intentionally try to harm your valuable relationship with a business. Good luck actually having an answer for this.
