New ReviewerI used UShip for a pallet I needed shipped Central Transport was the low bidder after delivering the shipment 5 days after it was received at the local terminal they charged me three time quoted price for delivery. Customer service at CT which I had to contact stayed out of the blue they needed a liftgate to complete the shipment, which is false we have a commercial loading dock that is used weekly by other large trucking company's, second was a re delivery charge which Customer Service said they tried to deliver but the road was curvy which is false as I said earlier large trucking company's deliver weekly with no problem.
Received No communication from Central Transport about a problem delivering the shipment, had to call customer service myself and then received bad service. Will never personally nor the company I work for use them for freight services again.
Beware of charging more after they take the shipment.
Reason of review: Poor customer service.

AND I have heard all of their- BELIEVE OR NOT better drivers quit , left had enough of the BS, now what you have is a MUCH WORST PRODUCT. They are SO desperate all they can hire are brand new out of school drivers. They have the absolute worst training so GOOD LUCK- more happy customers to come...
