When hiring a trucking company to deliver your goods one should research that company out before commiting any contracts with this company. Central Transport has been investigated by The Safety Team and what was discovered was not pretty.

First, Go online to the Better Business Bureau and look at their rating. This company has an "F".

Then go to this website www.safersys.org and look at their statistics with the DOT.

We have had many bad experiences with shipping companies but last week shipping products through Central Transportation was absolutely the worst experience ever. 

After talking to several people and getting a different story from each one - the pick up was delayed until the following day. We were promised it would be picked up next morning first thing but after several follow up calls we learned it was scheduled for pick up at 4:15pm after being told several times that the factory closed at 4:30pm. To add insult to injury, this was Friday afternoon and they finally showed up at 4:26pm. 

There were 12 skids to load and we had to keep our guys on overtime to make sure the shipment went out. 

NEVER AGAIN !!!!!! :(
