Below is email chain starting in March 2014. From a claim on shipment that we filed in 10-1-2013!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!They told me they were sending a check multple times, but still no help.

Hello Bill,

Attached is the BOL for the recovery pickup of the damaged goods. The weight and value of the damage goods were provided by the consignee to ViTran Express. Although this BOL is shown on file, no freight was ever recovered from the consignee and picked up by ViTran Express. Therefore the freight must still be with the consignee location and ViTran Express never had this freight on-hand.

Based on the value of the damaged goods provided on the BOL, the claim is to be paid in the amount of $1,238.64. This check will be submitted to our management team to issue a cargo claim check. Please allow up to 2-4 weeks for a check to be issued and mailed to the claimant.

We apologize on any delays this claim may have taken. It will now be considered as closed in our sytem.
