I think this is twice my suppliers have used this company, and twice they taken weeks to deliver what normally is 3 day delivery from CA. the worst part is they dont tell you diddly. They have a website, it says one day then when they miss it they just change the delivery date. if you want an ulcer use them, if you want to lose customers, use them. Clueless company. Worst ever. I had a shipment it suppose to be at my place 3 days ago, I took 2 days off from work waiting for ANYBODY to contact me and nothing, When I called I spoke to Sherry , Ashley and they are by far the rudest customer service ever!!!!! As a business owner i understand a set back with a delivery being on time EVERY TIME! We started using them in the spring of 2014 hoping to save our customers money on their shipping costs. BIG MISTAKE. The damages started almost immediately. Customers called to say orders were being rejected and returned to us. Shipments were arriving dented - leaking - and obviously repackaged. My shipment has been lost now for two weeks, you cannot get an answer nor do they have the balls to call you back. I was told there was an accident and there are procedures that they have to follow, seems to me that the first thing they should do is notify the customer who is waiting on the deliverey and also the vendor who shipped it. We used Central Freight to bring in components from our vendor for just in time manufacturing. Big mistake. The delivery was two days late. One of the pallets with boxed product was crushed. They allowed something to fall over onto our pallet and it was crushed which if they had bothered to fix it would have saved the merchandise. But they left it so everything stayed warped and bent. Shipped 2 skids from Dallas to Albuquerque on 8/21. It should have delivered by 8/25 or 8/26 at the latest. As of today, 9/4/ freight has not been delivered. All we get are LIES! It has supposedly been set to delivery tomorrow 5 days ago. They have no help at the terminal. You can't talk to them or even find out where they are.
