My product was said to be on the truck being delivered 3 days in a row. 3 days I stayed home waiting for it. Still waiting. This is after a 2 week damaged scan wait. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! they were to pick up 2 pallets from Maryland and ship to Maine, 3 day transit. Truck showed up for pickup Friday March 20th, my vender wouldn't load the product because the trailer was full of holes, freight inside was wet, shipping guy said it was the worst looking trailer he had ever seen, they picked up on Monday March 23, told me the freight was classed as hot and would be delivered late... I shipped (trying to ship) two pallets from Michigan to Arkansas, they were picked up on 3/9 and I was told it was a three day ship. For the first week it was at the Lansing MI service center and never moved. So far only one skid made it on 3/18. i placed an order with international wholesale on the 3rd and shipped on the 5th due to be deliverd 9th. Here i am its the 17 today and even today they told me i will get it tomorrow. There was no concern about the fact that I paid to ship this in 3-4 days and it still hadn't even been picked up 4 days later. Service was by far the worst ever hands down total disregard for their customers. Add comment

We ship with this carrier at least once a week, sometimes more. They are the designated carrier for our LTL loads as assigned by our customer. Every week, and I mean every week, they miss the shipment and we have to rebook. This happens on avg 2-3 times a week. Their customer service is horrendous and has even described their service as a "no guarantee service" lol. I book shipments all day... Read more

After trying for 3 years to get hired at my local terminal (Asheville,NC.) I got my way and was hired. At the time, it was just me and the line haul driver. I did the west run 3 days and the east 2. THEY MESS UP EVERY DELIVERY. THEY LEAVE PALLETS FORGOTTEN ON THEIR DOCK, THEY DON'T FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS, THEY DELIVER TO THE WRONG PLACES. EVERY TIME! I WOULD RATHER SHIP OUR STUFF ON A DONKEY THAN USE THEM EVER AGAIN. DONE WITH CENTRAL TRANSPORT FOREVER!! I am so disappointed in this company!!!!! What they did can't be legal. Instead of telling my company or my corporate company that we were on credit hold they picked up the order and are holding it ransom until we pay the bill.
