I cannot decide if Central Transort is so poorly run they are totally incompetent or just a bunch of unethical thieves. Billing issues, damage issue(which they always pull out the improperly packaged car),customer service is nonexistant, equipment such as lift gate are broke...yet they charge you for it. Central transport is lacking in service, communication and phone #'s that are out of service. This service is not rocket science !!!!! I am a truck driver and this blows my mind..my company could never get away with what service I have gotten Add comment

Shipper wanted signature at delivery time btw 9-11 AM, my wife and I both work and cannot be there for delivery. CT sent email for info. Required to waive signature, this was returned as requested and they R now still refusing to deliver after 3 failed attempts on 3 consecutive days.. Rude and not helpful in the least.. Hr is incompetent. Bad hiring practices. Very low pay for drivers. I turned down job n now they are harassing me. Never worked for them, but they still trying to make me out the bad guy. They must treat employees just as bad. Will have a attorney contact them . Glad I don't ship freight with them. Add comment

Horrible HR. Did UA for preemployment. My doctor sent proper papers. Had me UA again. This time wanted observed. Via Christy dropped ball. Now HR department Threatened me that even though I don't want the job and I don't take a3rd ua they will say I refused UA. When I can provide proof of the 2nd UA. No Wonder they can't keep drivers. Same story as the others. I scheduled 4 delivery appointments and stayed at my business all day waiting only to have central make excuses on why the driver could not deliver ! Sent back first order and damned if the seller(ZORO TOOLS)did not ship central transport AGAIN ! Same problems second order,shipment is going back to seller again ! I am not sitting around for days again with no shows !... Read more

I have been trying to receive a delivery for 3/4 weeks.1st it was the wrong address after the shipper provided this information multiple times.I drive 1 hour to take delivery once again and no truck.After calling all over they tell me the truck broke down hours earlier.I leave only to receive a call when I'm an hour away that the driver is 10 mins away.I've haven't ever experienced a more... Central Transport picked up a shipment on 11/5/14 and couldn't make a delivery due to a billing issue with the shipper. We then paid up front for the delivery on 11/28/14 and they were told a delivery had to be made no later than 12/2/14. Brokered load from Columbus OH to Nashville TN. The Ohio terminal manager said "Load is critical, they'll unload you immediately." Got there at 23:00.
