I called and discussed in detail what i wanted to ship, They gave me a quote of $180.00?? and then said for $9.00 more I could get 2 day service, I also added Insurance for a total $ 377.17. which I paid with debit card, it did not deliver in 2 days, it took 6 days. and then they took $425.92 more out of my account. I booked a delivery from Central Transport via uShip. The pallets I had shipped were a portable soccer field and flooring for the portable soccer field. It fit on 3 pallets. The delivery was scheduled for pickup on September 4th 2014. 3 pallets were picked up from Airtight Storage in Manalapan New Jersey and was scheduled to be delivered to Waxahachie TX by 9/11/14. Simply the worst company ever hope they Go out of business soon. I used them twice The first shipment worth $8750 was lost Some where between kansas and Kentucky. That's bull s!!! Some one stole it I'm sure it was an inside job. The other shipments keeps getting a roll back date. My customer is not happy. Never ever use this company. I think this is twice my suppliers have used this company, and twice they taken weeks to deliver what normally is 3 day delivery from CA. the worst part is they dont tell you diddly. They have a website, it says one day then when they miss it they just change the delivery date. if you want an ulcer use them, if you want to lose customers, use them. Clueless company. Worst ever. I had a shipment it suppose to be at my place 3 days ago, I took 2 days off from work waiting for ANYBODY to contact me and nothing, When I called I spoke to Sherry , Ashley and they are by far the rudest customer service ever!!!!! As a business owner i understand a set back with a delivery being on time EVERY TIME! So when its time for REDELIVERY... i feel as tho you should at least make A 100% effort, to at least reach as close to the redelivery date, since it was not delivered on time the first time. We started using them in the spring of 2014 hoping to save our customers money on their shipping costs. BIG MISTAKE. The damages started almost immediately.
